Eligibility

Verification Technology

Verification records may be stored as part of an audit trail.

SMS Terms

DeviceBound Live sends transactional SMS messages on behalf of verification requests initiated through the DeviceBound Live platform. Where you provide your own mobile number, you consent to receive these transactional messages from MyNDA LLC. Where an authorized business initiates a verification request using your mobile number, the business is required to confirm that it is authorized to contact you and that you have consented to receive the verification message at the number provided.

Messages may include verification links, verification reminders, verification confirmations, and agreement notifications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Intellectual Property

All DeviceBound software, trademarks, technology, workflows, documentation, graphics, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of DeviceBound.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Reverse engineer the platform.
• Circumvent security features.
• Upload malicious software.
• Use DeviceBound for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer

DeviceBound provides secure verification technology but does not guarantee the legal enforceability of agreements in every jurisdiction. Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeviceBound shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

Suspension

DeviceBound may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, security threats, illegal activity, or violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
